Having taken the first step and reserved your new Beal home, we invite you to meet with our Customer Selection Manager, Steve Arnold, for a full day at our Selection Studio to start personalising your new home.
At your own pace, we’ll talk through how you envision the internal layout, what changes you’d like to make and how you’re going to live in your new home. You’ll have our architects and designers at your disposal during the day to guide you through every step of the design, build and customisation process.
As part of our free bespoke kitchen and bathroom design service, you can choose from an extensive range of contemporary fixtures, fittings, extras and upgrades on display. From deciding what kitchen worktops you’d like to settling on the right style of cabinet door handles, our walk-through rooms, pull-out panels and samples will help you imagine how everything will look and feel.
You’ll also have chance to experience our state-of-the-art media room. With the latest home technology, including multi-room audio and TV, we’ll show you what’s possible in your new Beal home.
With coffee breaks, lunch and opportunities to browse throughout the day, you’ll have plenty of time to think everything over and make the right decisions for you and your family.
When you’re happy with your designs and finishing touches, you get a full pack of 3D colour visuals and a plan of your kitchen, bathroom and living spaces with the new layouts to take home.

Set in our state-of-the-art headquarters, our Customer Selection Studio is the latest addition to the Beal difference. This unique, innovative house buying experience allows you to customise every aspect of your new home.
On display we have an inspiring range of Porcelanosa ceramic tiles, Ideal Standard and Hansgrohe bathroom fittings, top-of-the-range Neff ovens and integrated appliances. We also have an impressive selection of granite worktops, modular wardrobes and carpets and floor coverings.
