Part Exchange

How does it work?

  1. You choose your new Beal Home
  2. We arrange an independent valuation of your current home
  3. We make you an offer*
  4. As you accept the offer, we reserve your plot for you at a fixed price and begin the process of buying your old home from you
  5. Once your new Beal home is finished, you move in

*Please note that we offer the Part Exchange scheme subject to availability and eligibility. Offers are made subject to contract and may be subject to retentions should the survey report highlight any defects that need attention. It is not possible to offer the Part Exchange scheme in conjunction with any other Beal Homes offer, scheme, reservation incentive or discount.

Smooth Move

Are you struggling to sell your home? Smooth Move is a quicker way to sell your house at market value, while saving money on estate agent fees, advertising and marketing costs.

How does it work?

  1. You choose your new Beal home
  2. We arrange an independent valuation of your current home
  3. A For Sale sign goes up outside your home
  4. We arrange viewings for you
  5. We negotiate with potential purchasers for you to help you get the best offer
  6. When you accept an offer, your new home is reserved
  7. With your old home sold, you can make preparations to move into your new Beal home*

*Please note that we offer the Smooth Move scheme subject to availability and eligibility. We aim wherever possible to help our customer to sell their property through this scheme. The actual move-in date may be subject to the build completion date of your new Beal home.

The Smooth Move scheme cannot be offered in conjunction with any other Beal Homes offer, scheme, reservation incentive or discount.

Help to Buy

This government-backed equity scheme can help you buy your first or next home, up to a value of £600,000, with only a 5% deposit.

How does it work?


If the home has a value of up to £600,000 and you have a minimum 5% deposit, you can apply for a government equity loan of up to 20% of the value of your property. That means you’ll only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society. You can repay the loan at any time or on the sale of your home.

Help to Buy launched on 1st April 2013. It is currently available to all new homebuyers, not just first time buyers.

Which Beal homes are available through Help to Buy?

Subject to status, any of our new Beal homes (up to £600,000) are available through the Help to Buy scheme.
