The next two phases at The Village (phases three and four) will see us build 70 properties in total, all designed for first time buyers and families with a range of one, two and three bedroom house types. Phase three will even include a selection of shops in the new Village Centre

With schemes such as Help to buy, NewBuy and our special first time buyer incentives continuing to help people step onto the property ladder, we expect to have sold all properties on phase three and four within 15 months!
