I like selling Beal Homes, because you can pick and choose everything. This allows you to make the house your home, by choosing exactly how you would like it.

Why is Gainsborough a great place to live?

Gainsborough is an up and coming place with lots to do, including Marshalls Yard – with lots of shops. Also Gainsborough is not far from Lincoln but has a really nice village feel.

What does The Swale have to offer first time buyers?

1,2 & 3 bedroom houses, with great options to help them get on the property ladder. The Help to Buy scheme gives buyers the chance to buy a house with a really small deposit. Also the houses are really nice and modern.

What do you think buyers will like the most about The Swale?

The location and the surrounding area, the development is only a few minutes away from everything but you are in a nice quiet location. The houses are really modern and you can do so much with them.

What do you feel makes Beal Homes different from other house builders?

The ability to make the houses bespoke to each buyer, giving them the chance to pick exactly how they want their house to look. Beal Homes also offer higher specifications as standard.
