One of our newest developments, The Swale in Gainsborough, has officially been launched. The development comprises 28 homes in a range of seven different designs starting at just £80,000 and is perfect for first time movers.

The Swale homes have been designed and arranged around a series of courtyards with each property having a garage or off street parking, which is on most people’s house wish list.

As with all Beal Homes properties, those at The Swale are available using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which means buyers only need a five per cent deposit. For purchasers not using Help to Buy, ourFirst Time Buyer package is available – we pay £500 towards your legal fees and give you a discount of £250 towards the reservation fee, along with 5% of your deposit paid (available on selected homes and subject to status). Our Deposit Savings Scheme is also available depending on build stage.
