The Party on The Green will run from 12.30 to 5pm with local electronic dance band Street Parade performing from 1.30 and complimentary food and refreshments. Visitors will be very welcome, says Beal Homes.
“This will be a great chance for people to see the quality of life at The Village,” said Francesca Burke, Beal Homes’ sales executive at The Village. “The whole development is looking so good and our first buyers at The Village II are starting to move in.”
Homes at The Village II have been selling fast, reports Beal Homes. Already 20 of the 65 FirstStep homes planned for The Village II are sold, mostly off plan and seven of the 16 lofts. Current homes released for sale include the smart one bedroom Soho at just £87,995, the well-appointed two bedroom Tribeca from £125,995, the larger bedroom Chelsea, from £138,995, and Greenwich at £147,995.
Beal Homes is also finishing 16 contemporary loft homes conveniently set above the new local shops, looking out over the Village Green at the heart of Kingswood Parks and not far from all Kingswood’s amenities, including supermarket, cinema, bowling, health club, pubs and restaurants. Prices start at £89,950 for a one bedroom Village Loft. One of the lofts will be open to view during the event.
