Wragby Homes Development Welcome First Movers
As the first buyers move into their new homes at Holmes Court in Wragby, house builder Beal Homes reports that 16 of the 22 properties at the development are sold.
First time buyer James Hall is just settling into his brand new ‘Tribeca’ home with his partner Jade Drewery. “Wragby is an ideal location for us in terms of work and family,” he said, “Holmes Court is in a good situation in Wragby and there’s is plenty going on in the village.”

James used the Government’s Help to Buy scheme to purchase his first home here. The scheme enables buyers to buy a home with a deposit of as little as five per cent. Government figures show that across the country more than 19,000 home buyers used Help to Buy in the 12 months following its launch in April 2013, of which 87 per cent were first time buyers like James Hall.
