September is Red Door month at a number of Beal Homes’ developments in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire where house hunters can choose from three special Red Door offers, each worth between £5,000 and £10,000.

September is Red Door month at a number of Beal Homes’ developments in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire – The Village II at Kingswood Parks in Hull, The Quays at Burton Waters, The Swale at Gainsborough and Holmes Court in Wragby.

Throughout the month, house hunters who reserve a brand new Beal-built property at one of these developments can choose from three special Red Door offers, each worth between £5,000 and £10,000 depending on the home selected.

Buyers can obtain a cash discount of £5,000 to £10,000 with Beal’s Red Door ‘Finance package’, bringing the cost of a two bedroom Tribeca at The Village II, Kingswood Parks, down from £126,995 to just £121,995 for example, or reducing the cost of a larger three bedroom Greenwich from £147,995 to £141,995.

At The Swale in Gainsborough the Red Door ‘Finance package’ brings the cost of a Tribeca down from £112,995 to just £107,995 and reduces the cost of a larger three bedroom Glaisdale at Holmes Court, Wragby, from £159,995 to £152,995 and the price of a four bedroom waterfront Chater at The Quays, Burton Waters, down from £389,995 to £379,995.

Alternatively, with the Red Door ‘Move in package’, purchasers at The Village II, Gainsborough, Wragby and The Quays at Burton Waters receive a super £500 towards their reservation fee, £1000 towards removal costs, £1000 towards legal fees and £1,500 towards Stamp Duty, if applicable.

The third option, available with Red Door reservations in September only, is an ‘Upgrade package’, which includes up to £10,000 worth of upgrades selected from Beal Homes’ Customer Selection Studio.

Details and plans for The Swale, Beal Homes’ first mover development in Gainsborough, are available at Beal Homes’ marketing suite at the parade of shops off Corringham Road.At the adjacent homes site, the East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire builder is underway with 28 new properties in six designs set around a series of courtyards.With off plan prices from £79,995 these are some of the most affordable new homes in the Lincolnshire region, says Beal.

At Holmes Court, Wragby, just six of the 22 new homes remain for sale.Located off Lincoln Road in the heart of the village, visitors can see a Bedale view home for an indication of the quality of build, comprehensive specification and choice available at Wragby.

Final homes at The Quays, Burton Waters, include just four ‘Marina View’ properties each with a roof top terrace from which to enjoy elevated views out across the rippling marina waters.There are another 12 continental-style homes for sale here, each offering the opportunity for purchasers to enjoy all this marina development, which is situated on the Fossdyke Navigation Canal around four miles outside Lincoln, has to offer, including acres of water, footpaths through wild life areas, restaurants and a health club.
