Beal Homes has opened a view home and marketing suite at its Holmes Court development in Wragby. The news comes as the Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire house builder reports that 12 of the 22 homes at Holmes Court have been reserved already.

The ‘Bedale’ view home is now open Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm. This three bedroom property, which sells for £167,995, gives house hunters a taste of the quality of build and specification on offer at Holmes Court, says Beal Homes.

The Bedale is the top of the range at Holmes Court off Lincoln Road. Prices for one bedroom FirstStep homes started at £79,995, but were quickly snapped up by eager buyers. However, there are two bedroom ‘Tribeca’ homes ranging from £115,500 to £120,995 and the last Gramercy, a semi-detached home occupying a corner plot, is £121,995, still representing some of the best value new homes in the region, believes Beal Homes.

The 22 homes at Holmes Court are arranged around a secluded courtyard. Construction is on target for the first buyers to move in this June.

In addition to the three bedroom ‘Bedale’ home design, Beal Homes has one ‘Glaisdale’ three bedroom property for sale priced at £154,995, which includes a super private top floor master bedroom.

Buyers who reserve at Holmes Court in May for June completion can take advantage of Beal Homes’ special Red Door offers. During the May Red Door month, a three bedroom Bedale, a similar house-type to the view home, is available with either a £7,000 cash discount or a choice of home entertainment or view home packages.

Also, included in the May Red Door offer is a two bedroom Tribeca. Priced at £115,500, one lucky buyer can chose from either a £5,000 cash discount or a view home or home entertainment package.

Holmes Court buyers with a home to sell can use Beal Homes’ Smooth Move or Home Exchange services. The Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables qualifying buyers to purchase a new home with a deposit of as little as five per cent, is available. Alternatively, first time buyers may be interested in Beal Homes’ First Time Buyer package and Deposit Savings Scheme.

Beal Homes has been building new homes for more than 45 years. In addition to Holmes Court, Wragby, the family-run builder currently has developments at The Swale in Gainsborough, Lakeside in Waddington and The Quays at Burton Waters, where the final phase of marina homes is well underway.
